About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to optimise our operational processes, project delivery workflows, and resource allocation as we scale the APEX platform and client engagements. Reisiger operates at the intersection of engineering services, product development, and venture building — three distinct business pillars that require disciplined process design. You will bring systems thinking to how we deliver, ensuring our small team operates with the efficiency and rigour of a much larger organisation.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in industrial engineering, operations management, or process optimisation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping, workflow design, and capacity planning
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Understanding of resource allocation and workload balancing in multi-project environments
- English language fluency, written and spoken
Preferred Skills
- Experience in software development or technology companies
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance frameworks
- Background in financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis
- Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps metrics and engineering productivity measurement
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise delivery workflows across engineering services, APEX product development, and venture operations
- Establish and track operational KPIs for engineering productivity, delivery timelines, and resource utilisation
- Build capacity planning models to align team allocation with the three-pillar business model (Services 40%, Products 60%, Ventures)
- Implement process improvements that reduce overhead and increase throughput without adding headcount
- Support ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance through process documentation and continuous improvement cycles
- Design onboarding and knowledge transfer processes for new team members and client engagements
- Analyse bottlenecks in the delivery pipeline and recommend structural solutions
- Collaborate with department heads to translate strategic objectives into measurable operational plans
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is advantageous
- Experience optimising operations in a professional services or technology environment
